Don't buy from Thomas Outlets unless you want a bad experience. Don't forget State of Texas Manufactured Home Division and file a complaint. Very Poor customer service, actually none. Ordered our house from the factory and was told the delivery date and they never would answer my calls or emails. I had to contact the manufacturer to find out about delivery. Don't buy here!!!!!!!!!!
