I came into Thomas Physical Therapy with a shoulder that hurt day and night, active or inactive. Consequently, my arm was becoming useless. First of all, Randy explained what was happening in my shoulder and what remediation was needed. I now have only a rare occasion of pain at night and much more reliable use of the arm. This therapy group takes a very integrated approach and has helped my whole body not just my feet, which have been my greatest problem. They are very experienced and knowledgeable and the exercises and stretches which they have given me have been very beneficial. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely the best Physical Therapists! We are very lucky to have them in the Daytona Beach area. I look forward to my early morning sessions with Sarah every week, and am improving with each session.
Sarah, the PT and owner, has been a godsend and miracle worker on my ankle. She is physically hand-on breaking up decades-only scar tissue, and has rehabbed me and given me hope. The treatment is one-on-one every appointment, and their facility is peaceful.
