His “bedside manner” was very genuine and kind. Had a sincere interest in listening to my health concerns.
Didn’t feel like Dr. Higginbotham took my concerns or questions seriously at all. The time he spent in the room just felt like a formality so that boxes could be checked. Didn’t make eye contact while speaking to me. Would give 0 stars if that were an option. I could go on….
