I had the worst experience trying to straighten out my insurance policy. Two of my children's good student discounts were removed without notice. I was informed that I needed to send recent copies of their transcripts, which I did on 2/9/2019. The discounts were not applied and we could not get Thomas Ntuk or any of his staff to return a call.
