Dr Dinapoli/Dr Ryan was told by the Hygienist regarding my complaints of teeth/gum sensitivity, and as he stood behind me, where I couldn't even see his face (which is why I don’t know which dentist it actually was!) but he just told me to floss more! ha! Dr Dinapoli is elsewhere now tho, I think it’s only Dr Ryan there now since2009. Dr. Ryan is wonderful. He explained exactly what he was doing and made sure there was no pain or discomfort . More, importantly, the work was so technically good. This was an emergency root canal, I live in Chicago, and Dr. Ryan's temporary crown was superior to the permanent one my dentist eventually did.

Michelle, dentist assistant, is the absolute best. I am not afraid to go to the dentist any more. She is very mindful of the fear some people have about going to the dentist. She took her time, made sure that I was not uncomfortable, and just made going to the dentist a very good experience that I am no longer dreading. In fact, I went back to have a more extensive procedure done, the name of which sounded horrible. It even had to be done in 2 days. I went to both!!!!
