My husband & I both use Dr Dewar. He is very approachable for questions or comments we might have. He is serious about medical things but also has a witty sence of humor. We have always gotten in to see him when we needed to. His staff are nice and his nurse always calls me back in a timely manner.. We both like him very much, and believe we get good care from him.
Dr Dewar has done 2 colonoscopies on me and 1 on my wife! All his exam is excellent! Have another scheduled in 3 weeks

I first met Dr. Dewar when I was in the hospital ICU for an emergency. Dr. Dewar was called in to consult on my condition. I found him to be very knowledgeable, pleasant and his down-to-earth bedside manner was very refreshing. I have since seen him on another issue and discovered my impression of him was correct.

Listens carefully, not pushy, very friendly
I have used Dr. Dewar for probably nearly 20 years for colonoscopies and this time I had another issue had done in 2007 I wanted to have done to give me relief on issue and to check something else out. He is very courteous and friendly and on appointment before this procedure explained one reason for the problems I was having. I trust him. Had lunch week before procedure and found out acquaintance brother uses Dr. Dewar too and very happy with him.
