Blue Banner doesn’t answer phone calls even though they are at their desk. I asked the lady at blue banner counter if they take phone calls she said yes but she’s definitely lying because she smirked when I asked. Very unprofessional. Also one of the ladies didn’t speak good English so she got mad and raised her voice at me when I didn’t understand her.
Had a great experience they were very nice.
impossible to schedule an appointment that isnt a month out for routine care. and thats IF they have the next month open for appointments at all
