I called Tom for an estimate on removing some deadwood from our 200+ year red oak tree. He was there within an hour and explained that waiting until the tree had grown its leaves (it was early March) would make the job easier, more effective and possibly cheaper. He also pointed out some issues that the tree might be having and told us things to watch out for that could indicate serious issues with the tree. We recently bought a beautiful oak tree from Tom and he was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the differences between what was available at his nursery.
