Tom was very helpful over the phone and walked us through vine removal on our walnut tree. Great customer service!
I called Tom for an estimate on removing some deadwood from our 200+ year red oak tree. He was there within an hour and explained that waiting until the tree had grown its leaves (it was early March) would make the job easier, more effective and possibly cheaper. He also pointed out some issues that the tree might be having and told us things to watch out for that could indicate serious issues with the tree.
