The negative reviews don’t make sense to me. While Dr. Thomas comes off with maybe a “cold” demeanor, he’s done everything he could for every problem I’ve come to him with. He makes things happen. My medications are always updated when need be and refilled on time. The nurses have always been amazing to me and super kind. Most practices I’ve been to before go way overboard with the empathy and never get things done. If you need a good physician, this is the place! Can’t convince me otherwise.
Nothing but terrible experiences here. Every phone call has me on hold for at least 10 minutes, most recently 20 minutes, despite the fact that there's never more than two people in the waiting room. The rude receptionist always acts like it's her first day working and never knows what she's doing. A nurse almost always has to pick up the phone when I'm on hold and ask if I've been helped, which I inevitably answer "no".
