Nothing but terrible experiences here. Every phone call has me on hold for at least 10 minutes, most recently 20 minutes, despite the fact that there's never more than two people in the waiting room. The rude receptionist always acts like it's her first day working and never knows what she's doing. A nurse almost always has to pick up the phone when I'm on hold and ask if I've been helped, which I inevitably answer "no". Worst dr I ever seen
I can't believe how rude I've been treated by this staff. I am coming in to take care of my health and I get treated like a child for asking questions and getting frustrated when no one is giving me a straight answer. Finding a new doctor and staff immediately. This office needs to seriously consider how it speaks to people and take in to account that their patients might be concerned or stressed about what they're having done and what it could mean for their health.
