Dr. Mastakouris is fully aware of the front office staff BS. He's there boss all he has to do is fire them but he doesn't this is done on purpose because they over book appointments . Don't tell me the Dr. is not aware of his crew not answering phones or putting people on hold for an hour. Im done with Mastakouri just as a lot of his patients went elsewhere. Everybody is fed up with the long wait times at his office sometimes waiting 2 hours to see the Dr. He is not God.
I have come to this doctor office since the 90s , unfortunately his front desk staff has always been unfortunately rude and unprofessional. The doctor very friendly and polite and compassionate, not to mention that they don’t answer the phone. You have to keep calling back before they answer the phone and sometimes the answering service even in the middle of the day answers the phone, which to me is unprofessional
He is amazing, thank him for ever!!!!
