As I walked in I was greeted from the host right away and she offered if I wanted anything to drink, which I did. I thought that was very nice. Soon after that, Molina(the sales rep) came and started helping me right away. She listened to what I wanted and also let me try couple watches that I want. Molina made the experience much better and I will definitely be seeing her very soon, hopefully for the watch I want. Thank you Molina!
I called in on a hunt for my Messika necklace and was looking for something for my birthday coming up. It was the last hour before Thomas Markle was closing. Sue answered my phone call and she texted me right back with her Messika stock. I got there at 5:45pm and Sue was waiting for me. She showed me the different ones and patiently waited til I made my decision, Sue was patient and kind, and cleaned my item for me as they packed it all up. I will definitely be coming back again soon! Thank you Sue for everything!
What an experience!! I hadn’t purchased anything from Thomas Markle but have been to the store multiple times to look. They even clean my jewelry there without any purchases. Sue waited on me with great patience and grace. I put my name down for a rare Rolex and finally got THE call that it came in and I got the opportunity to purchase. I am over the moon lucky! I will be a lifetime loyal customer!
