It's always a pleasure working with Dr Manos. I've had nothing but a great experience.
Dr Manos and Dr Lee are great but the front desk staff is rude and incompetent. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t answer questions. It’s COVID and there is no water or a restroom for non patients yet they tell you that you can’t leave even though you have been waiting for someone in surgery for over 2 hours (I just wanted to go around the corner and get some water and use a restroom).
