I really liked this Dr. but unfortunately they don’t have time for their patients. I emailed on 12/8 & 12/9 with no response. I called on the 9th and was told no sick visits. I email again today on the 17th and I was told no time for sick patients. I am absolutely miserable and headed to the er. I have asked for a referral for a new physician. It’s the no response that ate me alive!! How can you not respond when someone is basically begging for an appt?!
Very disappointed in this office. The other provider left and I understand Dr. Savage has had extra workload. But now they’re not reserving any appointment times for people who may become ill. My husband has emergent symptoms and was told to go to urgent care or the ER because they can’t see us until November. Urgent care won’t give a referral to the doctor he needs to see and we can’t get a referral from Dr. Savage without seeing him. So we are left without care.
