I went in w. a very painful bruised hand from tripping on a step. I thought it may be broken. He examined it and said curtly he didn't think it was broken, "just my ego was bruised". After x-rays and a 3 hour wait, the diagnosis was two fractures of metatarsals 4&5. My hand was then splinted and wrapped. His demeanor gave me caution about trips to Union Corners Urgent Care in the future, though it is conveniently in our neighborhood.
Excellent physician, listened well, very knowledgable, helped to resolve an ongoing problem. I was impressed w his ability to listen and make me feel more comfortable.
This physician is the best. He listens to the patient. Three of my coworkers also have had contact with him and all have excellent praise for his professionalism in diagnosing our illnesses. Must note, none of us did the "self diagnosis " route.
It was a waste of time to see Thomas Naughton at UW Health urgent care Union Corners. I went in specifically for a prescription for a self diagnosed rash. He completely ignored what I had to say, and proceeded to misdiagnose me with something totally different. He even injected me with a huge dose of meds for the disease he dismally misdiagnosed.
