What could have resulted in a DUI conviction and license suspension was resolved in the most favorable way possible. The charges were reduced to a wet reckless with no jail time and significantly reduced penalties. Only a 12-hour class and a reduced court fee were required. Even more importantly, although the District Attorney did not agree to it, Attorney Fleming successfully persuaded the Court to enter a not guilty finding on the .08% BAC count. I was arrested for a DUI and case went to court. Thomas got my court case dismissed by the judge. He also got the dmv hearing officer to dismiss my dmv case. I consider both dismissal to be miracles!
