I came in and got a prescription on Dec 13. After 6-8 calls into the pharmacy and 4-5 calls into his office, I found out that all they needed from this doctor was the QUANTITY of the prescription. Here we are, 24 days later and this doctors office has not cleared this up. So I get no medical care. Never once did the doctor call me or escalate this to be taken care of.
