This general law practice began on October 1, 1979 in a small one-room office in the Brown County Professional Building. While serving as Chief Deputy Prosecutor from 1979-1990, Tom's practice was limited to a part-time operation, handling only civil cases. In 1989 Tom purchased the Old Kelp House on the corner of Main and Jefferson Streets, just a block from the courthouse, and moved the practice there. Attorney does a great job at what he does. However, he is only in it for the money. They bill for every minute on the phone with you or looking over faxes, etc. I've filed bankruptcy and they won't quit harassing me over a $100 bill I have left on my account, threatening to take me to small claims court. Really? All the money you got out of me for my case and your worried about $100. Just goes to show you they are only in it for money and don't really care about people and their personal situations.
