They always do a great job with our floors! Very dependable, never an issue.
We cannot comprehend how Thomas Lorentz & Son Inc. has been in business for almost 60 years. No professional company should provide the end result that they did. At the beginning of our working relationship, they were nice enough to work with and responsive. They spoke confidently and were helpful in guiding us with which materials to use for our flooring project, which is why we were shocked to see the final results of their installation. I warn you to stay away from hiring Thomas Lorentz & Son Inc. as well as its operators Tom Sr. and Jr. for any job. Don’t just take my word for it, look at the photos. The job started off fine but when I went to inspect the final results, I found obviously visible markings from their machinery throughout the house (more details on that below). Not sure why but they didn't cover the kitchen... so dust went everywhere behind cabinets and appliances. Polyurethane stain was seen all over the baseboards and walls... easy self fix with some paint I guess. They didn't vacuum well or something because there were some leaf particles that they just poly stained right over. 2 stars because the people were nice and it was much cheaper than others.
