Front desk never picks up the phone.
I do NOT recommend this doctor and his office. One of the worst doctors I've had to deal with. He never sees you in person, because he's always busy at a hospital as he says. His desk assistant speaks with a heavy accent and if you politely ask her to repeat her words, she just yells at you. He doesn't deserve even one star.
