Very kind, patient, always helpful; answered text messages (including plenty of stupid questions on my end) in a timely matter. Mr. Thomas went above and beyond to help me with the purchasing process (helped by putting me in contact with the right bank) to suit my mortgage needs and assisted with finding the right folks for alterations to accommodate my pets. I can’t thank him enough especially as I am moving to Florida from out of state making this a very stressful and nerve wracking process.
