Office staff are not friendly. Do not own up to their mistakes. Instead of admitting they made a mistake with insurance placed blame on patient.
So happy with Dr. Lah! Finally someone that cares!
Very professional and easy to communicate with the Office. Dr. Lah communicates to you the procedures and tells you what needs to be done vs what should be done. I'm terrified of the dentist and Dr. Lah explains the procedure clearly and makes you feel extremely comfortable.

Thanks for getting me through such an extensive procedure, I truly wasn't sure I could do it. When I looked it up on the web, I thought~there's no way I can do this. I'm glad I followed your advice. You kept me calm, but most of all you kept me comfortable. I was scared to death! Thanks too for letting me stop by all those days when I thought something was wrong. Funny, there never was anything wrong..... I was just a little paranoid! A long procedure, but I love the results! You're the best �!!!
