First I need to address the staff (Angela specifically). Dr. Schmicker's staff has been phenomenal during my mom's entire process leading to surgery. Our situation wasn't cut and dry. The surgery had to be rescheduled 2 times due to other health issues that arose once we decided to have the surgery. We started working on this in October and the surgery didn't happen until Februrary. Angela was beyond helpful. I just had my 2nd full hip replacement on December 7th, 3 days ago. Had my 1st on December 5th 2024. He gave my life back. Right now I'm only using a cane when I need it. He is the best and will always recommend him.
Had both hips replaced. Dr. Schmicker was great. The surgeries went well. Follow up visits were informative and I feel confident that I will have no hip issues in the future.
Dr. Schmicker gives excellent and thorough care, he is very personable and professional as well. I came in with a foot injury that apparently was misdiagnosed by another doctor. He carefully reviewed the x-ray with me and I can see that he is correct in his diagnosis. I am so relieved and thankful to have seen him. 5 stars!
Dr.Schmicker is a great doctor. I had gotten knee surgery a few months ago by another Doctor, and I am not recovering well. I am only 20 years old and It has been affecting me so much when I workout and it is horrible because I have always been so active.
