He was funny, kind and honest! I went in for a barchioplasty consult, which he said I was a candidate. I asked about tummy tuck, implants and lipo. He was awesomely honest, sharing what I was and wasn’t a candidate for. Talked about what would be worth my money and what would be a waste. I appreciate his honesty. If his work is as good as his truth- I’ll be thrilled. Just had my surgery today.
After waiting for 1 and 1/4 hours to be seen by Dr. Satterberg for a simple surgery consult, he came into the room and said "what is going on? We all have places we need to go to?" Poor bedside manner by himself and his staff. Nurse was not very friendly. Felt like we were inconveniencing him/nurse. No courtesy call by his staff to advise that he was running late. Took off of work to attend this appt. We were in and out in 5 minutes once we were seen. Would not recommend this doctor.
