Took MONTHS to get my appointment after years as a patient. Then, DAY BEFORE the appointment, told doctor won't be there because he has surgery. Called this a.m.and was told they had another appointment AFTERALL for the the SAME MORNING. What about the surgery they used AS AN EXCUSE TO CANCEL APPOINTMENT #1?!
