My husband is elderly, immune compromised, and this morning tested positive for Covid. Dr Jeffries prescribed acetaminophen. I had to beg to get the current state of the art covid drug. Then they didn’t bother to call it into the pharmacy. In the meantime my husband is coughing and choking on his sputum was told to “be patient”. The entire practice is friendly and helpful. Always easy to get an appointment for an issue that arises unexpectedly. The nurse practitioners are exceptional.

Dr. Jeffries and his staff are the best!!!! They are very responsive, caring, and very motivational in getting me involved in my health. State of the art medical facility and very empathetic. They all listen well!!! The best Medical Doctor in Raleigh, NC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up as a patient with Dr. Jeffries shortly after he opened his office on Baileywick Road more than 15 years ago. A couple of weeks ago, I called to schedule a routine physical and was stunned to be told that Dr. Jeffries would no longer see me as a patient since I was 64 and soon to go on Medicare. Been a patient here for 10+ years, mostly per convenient location but I’ve had enough. Providers don’t remember me and T. Jeffries’ bedside manner is aloof at best. Moreover, staff have dropped the ball W/refill requests more than once. Practice seems profit driven—lately require visits for Rx refills every 6 months despite being on med long-term. At times they run late; at times RN staff are rude. Limited hours/access generally—rotated between providers. “Water and exercise” = holistic care?

I had high hopes for Dr Jeffries having worked (and been seen by) holistic doctors in AZ but this was not a good experience. He didn't have a great bedside manner and seemed to waffle between annoyance and lack of caring. Perhaps it's a personality thing, but when I asked if ABC could be considered to treat my concern, I didn't expect such a blah attitude and no offer of another solution. Office was also messy, chaotic and loud.
