I've never seen such a well run staff as I have in this Dr office. Everyone was efficient and friendly without exception. Dr. Crowley was knowlegable and helpful in dealing with my sudden eye problem. They got me in right away. I really felt taken care of.
Dr. Croley did my cataract surgery with multifocal IOL this summer. Best decision I ever made! He thoroughly explained the benefits and risks of the procedure and answered ALL my many questions. From start to finish this office made me feel important and cared for. I'm presently seeing 20/20 which is amazing since I was 20/200 before my surgery!
I recently had lens replacement surgery done by Dr. Croley on both eyes. Everything about my experience was positive! My vision is now 20/20 in boyh eyes! I would highly recommend Dr. Croley and his staff to anyone needing a procedure for their vision.
This office works like a factory asembly line, with the same "script" used by the employees...."sit in the big black chair." The doctor spent a maximum of 2 minutes with me, was abrupt when I asked a question and actually answered with, "As I just told you..." I wasn't being obnoxious, I just had a question about macular degeneration. I imagine he is very bored with his job, just going from rom to room with the same weak handshake and the same rote responses.

I feel this Doctor is very professional and does a great job. I had left eye cataract removed and astigmatism corrected. The staff was very professional and explained my insurance coverage (which I also researched prior to going there). I am very happy with the results of my surgery.

I can't recommend this doctor or business because of my experience. It seems to me that profits take priority over patients. Even though I have insurance, not one person in this office informed me that this doctor is not in my network for Gator Care PPO, but instead led me to believe through deception that my insurance was accepted. They had 4 opportunities to let me know this doctor was out of network. After my 2nd visit, I was told and I would have to pay over $400 out of pocket. Unethical.
