I was sold a pair of in line what the Dr. Called graded bi focals in a frame that was picked out by one of the office girls. The frames are junk and constantly have to be fixed, they charged me $181.00 over the amount that my insurance paid, I had those glasses fixed 3 times there and at least 11 times at Walmart by different techs all of the techs said the same thing. this place was simply awful. they offered me no information about what my insurance would cover, other than "the insurance frames." I don't even think they asked me if I wanted to upgrade my lenses. The optometrist lectured me on the book of genesis during my eye exam. When i came back to pick up my glasses, he was sitting at the computer at the receptionists desk, looked up at me, and looked back at his computer without so much as a "hello." i honestly didn't know that i would have a different strength for each eye, so i th... read more

2 things keep this rating low. #1- not informative: when I went from lined bifocals to no line, the difference I would experience was not even hinted to. And when I tried to inquire about going back to lined bifocals - even after the 2 week trial they suggested - I was shut down with "that's how no lines are" followed with condescending stares. Needless to say, I have a brand new pair of glasses collecting dust. #2- one receptionist acts like she is scared of human interaction, and the other (by choice or not) seems to not c... read more
