We had our special needs child (now an adult) assessed by Dr. Kot for SSID and to assist with placement in DDD. Dr. Kot did a remarkable job by not only providing an evaluation for exactly what was needed but also reviewing and summarizing 20 plus years of evaluations and reports from all sorts of providers into one very well written report. Highly recommended since it is so difficult to find a provider who is familiar with and experienced enough to handle situations like ours.
Dr. Kot is an exceptional psychologist--knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional.
This is second time Dr. Kot has evaluated my son. He was first evaluated when he began high school and based on the results was able to get accommodations. He is now about to go to college and we had him evaluated again to update the report so the accommodations can continue. I highly recommend Dr. Kot.
Evaluated our child for giftedness after a school evaluation. Dr. Kot identified our child as highly gifted and was able to secure her placement in the school giftedness track and gifted programs in the area. Very happy with his services and guidance.
Dr. Kot is my therapist. He helped me many years ago when I was going through a very difficult time. I appreciate how he truly listened and appreciated me as a person and how he was able to give me the tools I needed to make the changes I needed to make. I’m not actively in therapy now but I still pop-in every now and again when I feel I need to. Definitely recommend.
