I went to see Dr.Klein in excruciating pain. I left pain free and giddy! I was seen right away & had less than 5 minutes waiting time in the lobby. Everyone was compassionate, attentive, and made me feel at ease. Thank you Iowa Ortho!!
Everybody was excellent, thorough, and patient. It was great. Dr. Klein is personable, kind, and efficient. Ellie was great. I don't know how much she is paid, but it isn't enough.
Everyone there teat you like family
Jenna is very easy to talk to, and is very caring and kind. I enjoyed my visit. She efficiently did an exam of my functional capabilities to ensure that my neck pain is not indicative of any loss of strength or mobility. She listened to my description of the pain, and gave me 8 lidocaine injections in my neck to help relieve pain and relax my muscles.
