18 days and counting for a 5 hour job. No straight answers, pulled the mechanic off my job at least 2x to do something else, then told me they weren't responsible for damage, only repairs. Their delays should not be my problem. I could've had an entire engine replaced in less time. Would not recommend
service department never answers the phone like ever at specifically this kia dealership.
Recently purchased a vehicle from Anthony Moore, at no time did we feel pressured or made uncomfortable. His knowledge of the in and outs of the vehicle was excellent. He was very easy to work with and understand our wants and needs. Would highly recommend him as a salesman. Thank you Anthony!
