UPDATE #2: QUICK RECAP; My sister purchased a 2026 KIA SPORTAGE from ThomasKIA Dealership (Highland, Indiana) 5 weeks ago, she drove it exactly 9 days - it's been in their parts/service dept. for 4 weeks (sub frame bolts were stripped at the manufacturer). Man has this been a horrible experience. Not only have they had my car for essentially the last month straight but my car still has the same issues I brought it in with, and there’s a brand new scratch in my drivers side door to accompany it. Thomas Seely talked to me directly, told me they would do right by me and to their credit; they paid for me to use a rental car for a while.
