Service was great the service people that check you in was pleasant and courteous they get you in and out I will continue to buy Kia from here this is our 3rd
UPDATE #2: QUICK RECAP; My sister purchased a 2026 KIA SPORTAGE from ThomasKIA Dealership (Highland, Indiana) 5 weeks ago, she drove it exactly 9 days - it's been in their parts/service dept. for 4 weeks (sub frame bolts were stripped at the manufacturer). HERE'S THE UPDATE; she can trade in her car for the exact same one with an additional 71 dollar monthly payment added OR she can wait several more weeks until they fix the problem (insert sarcastic thunderous applause).
