Dr. John is in a very caring and smart doctor. My right hip replacement went very well and all is good now with hardly any scar. Compared to my left side from another doctor! I highly recommend Dr. John.
Staff is very rude online The lady that answers the phone is so rude. The blonde lady that assisted me asked me my name and i told he and she kept on having a nasty attitude with me. If you don’t accept my insurance why is it posted online that do you? I saw you guys accepted my insurance online and figured the lady was lying. I went personally and the lady that spoke to me said they don’t take my insurance. So why show you except it?! Teach your employees to be respectful not rude!
Brought my mom here 7 months ago and was extremely happy with Dr. Thomas John. Came back today for a follow up and I have to say this facility is the most professional medical office I’ve ever been to. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. John is Very knowledgeable and helpful.
