I call bullsh*t. Not impressed with billing staff or the dental care here. They continue to cut hours, making it hard to schedule appts after work. I am a previous patient w/o dental insurance at that time, had deep scaling & root planing, new filings to replace old ones (not sure why? Do they go bad? Is white better than silver? Cosmetic?), & 3 cleanings/yr. I did this for a couple yrs. Since then, I changed providers and only 2 cleanings/yr. My gum pockets are in a better condition and saving money.
