Dr Tom is a good chiropractor, but his office needs to work with insurance companies better. Out of the 5 adjustments I have had there I have had to spend time with my insurance (hours on the phone) because they didnt know how to get paid for a claim. And out of 5 adjustments I have had to call my insurance 3 times and when they have call the provider, they stated that the office person was very rude and basically told them they didnt know what they were talking about.
