I've been going to Dr. McVay for over 30 years. He's a very competent and caring dentist. His years of experience allow him to evaluate my dental issues quickly and he always finds the best resolution for me.

Dr. McVay is good enough. It's the woman that runs it that's the problem. She is RUDE!!! She talks/screams over you as you try to speak, ask questions, & follow up questions. Apparently, I'm not the only person who's had problems with her either. Someone told me she & her family left there 3 years ago because of her, & didn't know how she still has her job! I couldn't agree more. She is highly emotional, unprofessional, & disrespectful to patients/customers, & we're the ones who help pay her?!!

The cleanliness is questionable. Additional work was done and made to sound as if it was usual and customary, which insurance companies will cover but didn't, the staff is ignorant with regard to billing matters and discussion of, and the fall out will leqve you with too much aggravation to deal with. Appeals - plural, to the insurance company, annoying phone calls to the office. PLUS, the office is understaffed and Dr. McVay technique is painful.
