Terrible service from everyone. Made my ivf extremely difficult and 2 weeks before my second attempt at ivf they told me they didn’t have the equipment to do it, After I've asked several times for a calendar. Billing also sent my info to collections over some ultrasound my insurance covers, I had to call for 3 months trying to get them to do the right claim. Such a waste of one year. Do NOT recommend
Dr Wincek is fantastic! He was very compassionate and patient through my journey. The staff was great and professional! I would recommend this clinic to anyone. My experience overall is over 5 stars.
Dr. Wincek is very professional and a very caring physician. He is warm, kind, concerned, funny, and VERY intelligent! He helped us have our sweet son, and we are forever grateful!! Without him, we’d likely still be struggling to conceive. I highly recommend.
Absolutely love Dr Wincek and his team! They were so helpful! They are the reason I will be able to have another child..they listen and really care about their patients they take their time to answer all of your questions and make you comfortable. They are very responsive on mychart messages as well. I felt confident in the care the team provided and most importantly it worked. I got pregnant!
