Very upset. Needed some work done in a crunch and went way out of my way to go to the office during my work day. Located in a dingy and dirty office building. i was there at 2pm during open hours and there was nobody there to help me. I rang the bell and waited waited waited thinking maybe someone else was getting helped. Knocked on the door and waited 15 mins expecting a response. Called multiple times and nothing. Left very upset and took my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
