The people are so nice and informative, the jewelry is always new and interesting, they are quick and thorough with watch repairs, and it's a pleasure to visit.
Being new to Sewickley and PA, I am so happy to have found Thomas Jewelers (and Joanne) last week! The showroom is surprisingly large, and everyone is delightful, and (of course) beautiful treasures everywhere. By the way, they DO everything there! What a find.
My experience at Thomas Jewelers has always been exceptional. But, I’m writing this review because my 2 most recent visits have been some of my best interactions with a retail store ever. Justin and his staff are kind, creative, and welcome questions. They do what they commit to doing in the timeframe given. I trust them implicitly.
