My experience at Thomas Jewelers has always been exceptional. But, I’m writing this review because my 2 most recent visits have been some of my best interactions with a retail store ever. Justin and his staff are kind, creative, and welcome questions. They do what they commit to doing in the timeframe given. I trust them implicitly.
Very nice, knowledgable people. They replaced batteries and adjusted the bands in several watches for free. And, when I wanted a new watch band they didn't have in stock, they ordered it, it arrived quickly, and was very reasonably priced ^_^
