Enrique with maintenance is truly fantastic! He was friendly, respectful, and extremely efficient. He determined I needed a new ceiling fan and was able to quickly get me a replacement. He was very considerate, even offering to help move furniture. I am grateful for his hard work and attention to detail!
Enrique is quick and efficient. He does a great job with various repairs and even took his shoes off at the door
I submitted a maintenance request and Enrique was extremely helpful in quickly resolving the issue. Thank you!
Enrique was awesome! Super quick and good conversations!
Enrique James is the most efficient human i have ever dealt with in terms of coming out, diagnosing and fixing issues ive had with my apartment. I know they send out at random but if you luck out and fet him, you will be delighted 20 stars all day....or just 5 because limits.
