Enrique is the best. He always shows up with a positive energy and does good the maintenance!
Love the maintenance team . Enrique came very fast to fix my draining problem in my bathroom sink. He was kind and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Which solved a big problem for me ! Thank you Enrique !

I’ve been renting here for 4 years, and I’ve been very happy since Cornerstone took over managing The Jefferson. They cleaned up the dumpster area considerably, repaired doors that have been broken for over a year, shampooed the carpets in the common area, and even put flowers in the planters by the front door. The previous management companies just stopped caring. I also want to shout out the fact that they DID NOT INCREASE MY RENT WHEN I RESIGNED MY LEASE! The worst property management company I’ve ever experienced. Terrible communication, terrible follow up, and little to no interest in the needs of the property. Cushman & Wakefield is one of the worst national property management firms as their list of lawsuits attests to. They obscured my lease term at signing in order to make it impossible to dispute. If you can afford to, choose any other option downtown.
