I'm so glad I chose Tom to handle this sale, because he's friendly, patient, very good about responding to email and text queries, and a terrific negotiator. At our first meeting he came to the table with a good amount of research, beautiful photographs of the property, a lot of invaluable advice and a great plan of action, so the whole experience went as smoothly as possible from there. Tom is the best! A few years ago, he helped us purchase our first home. As inexperienced buyers he walked us through the whole process and was available to us 24/7 for questions and concerns about the process.
