Great work, horrible bed side manner. The secretary was more than sarcastic, and rude. I will give Dr.Madl credit where it is due, he is very good with the children. My daughter is six and he did an amazing job of pulling an abscessed tooth that she had. Very quick, painless, and very good at suppressing her anxiety of having a tooth pulled. We will not be back! His staff was just OK. Cancelled 6 months follow up because my child was traumatized. He was absolutely rude and very condendescending. As a pediatric dentist, one would think he would have the skills equipped to handle an ASD child. Would not recommend this dentist if were the only one around.
Very pleasant. I would highly recommend to all parents that they take their children to Dr. Madl.
My Granddaughter had a cavity that needed to be filled. We tried a Pediatric dentist with no success who even recommended intravenous sedation, which did not work out as well. We found Dr. Madl who agreed to try. With much scepticisium we scheduled an appointment. Oh my goodness! Not a tear! He was so good and his Staff are all excellent, sensitive, calm.... what a blessing to find such a caring dentist to begin my Granddaughter’s dental journey.
I would like to say my VISITS to Dr. Madl were very helpful. After my long process I would not recommend this office only b/c of Nancy(recep) Nancy should be reevaluated in patient care, communications, along w/a few other job applicable skillls, DR. Madl should have a rehire w/someone who can have a noncondescending conversation/relation with Dr.Madl’s patients. I am not a computer screen Ma’am! We have been going to Dr. Tom for about 20 years. My 3 children are now ages 26, 22 and 14 and they all love Dr. Tom, Angel and the rest of the staff. He has taken great care of their teeth. We have had nothing but great experiences with his office. I highly recommend him.
