I came in 2014 after hiking the appalachian trail, with what turned out to be grade 2-3 hallux rigidus in my toes. Bad arthritis developed from toe trauma, with trouble walking without pain. Dr. Lotus showed me a handful of McKenzie exercises that were absolute lifesavers! 11 years later and I'm still free of toe pain, without any surgery. Dr. Lotus is a no BS doctor. He sees the problem and uses his vast experience to come up with a solution. As long as you follow his direction, he will fix the problem. Cured my Lumbar pain 2 years ago and now I'm back for Thorasic pain from overuse and I'm confident he will fix that too. This man is a God-send. Give him a try, you won't regret it.
