Incompetent, unprofessional office to merely sign off on time sensitive forms- which ultimately took 3 weeks (for a special needs child suffering with HSP and in desperate need) in addition to lacking knowledge on how to fax/email documents instead of falsely saying you did when you clearly DID NOT!!!! Was rudely hung up on by Bridget who refused to allow me to speak with the office manager.
I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Thomas Casper's office. But doctor might be good. I have been trying to get an appointment for my daughter for the past four months, but the front office staff seems to be a major obstacle in connecting patients with the doctor. My current PCP sent my daughter's health records by fax on time, but Dr. Casper's staff claimed they never received anything.
