I don't know how I can share how great Dr. Kane is only using 496 characters!!! His bedside manner is like none other and his staff is awesome! Dr. Kane makes you feel like you are his ONLY patient. He is upbeat, reassuring, and meticulous as a surgeon. I am 2 1/2 weeks post op from knee surgery and doing great! His office decor is beautifully Hawaiian with a nice flat screen to watch in the waiting room. The only thing is you won't be watching long because his wait times are so short!! :)
I could write a book on the care received under Dr. Kane! He was confident, reassuring & immediately put me at ease. The surgery was seamless; I was sitting up & walking the next morning. He impressed me with his caring demeanor & personable bedside manner visiting daily, sometimes twice. His surgery technique is not as invasive as some others & the only pain I had after a few days was at the incision which was minimal. 3 weeks later & I believe as Dr. Kane promised, I will run again at 65!
Expensive and not worth it. The insurance reimbursement barely covers his inflated charge for surgery. His commercials state he take all insurance but that's a lie. You can get an appointment with or without an insurance as long as you are rich and live in a McMansion.
This was my first surgery, ever (THR). Dr Kane answered all of my extensive list of questions with focus, warmth, clarity and in basic language so I really knew what I was getting into. His staff was completely present and caring with me. From Office staff, to pre-op, post-op and entire surgery staff, they were so patient, caring and attentive for me. I felt at ease all the way through the process. I am now one month post-op and feeling great. Pain free and dancing!!
Bilateral knee surgery as promised. Recovery time and surgery was as expected, Dr Kane and staff exceeded my expectations. I feel 20 years younger and am just as active as I was then. Well worth the pain and recovery time!!.
I would, and have, recommended Dr. Thomas Kane to several acquaintances of mine throughout the years I have known him.I consider him to be one the most professional,knowledgeable, patient oriented, and genuinely caring and sincerely friendly physicians I have ever met.Dr.Kane has replaced both my left knee and my right hip several years ago. And to this day I can honestly say that I do not feel any difference between my original and the replacement prosthesis'.
Terrific surgeon who makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. He did a fabulous job on my bilateral knee replacements and straightened my severely bowed legs. He and his staff make sure you are their priority and are given the best care and treatment. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
One of the greatest doctors I've found in my 73 years.
