This was my first appointment with Dr Burke and there was a 30 minute wait, but it was well worth it. Dr Burke was awesome. I can see why the patients didn’t mind waiting. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail in easy to understand terms.
It feels like every time I or my wife visit Dr. Hines for a dermatology visit, he has consistently an hour, or more, behind schedule. Numerous visit scheduled before 10am have resulted in us still sitting in the lobby well past 11:30. Patients scheduled and arriving after us were seen prior to us being called back. Numerous PTO days at work have been wasted by sitting in the waiting room here. We considered walking out but would have to book another appointment months out.

First, no parking, had to have flashers on to get 89 year old father out of car to get in. Second, wanted him to use a kiosk tablet. Third and the worst, 3:00 appointment and gets out at 4:48!!! Triple booking??? Ridiculous and inconsiderate of patients time and care givers bringing him.
The packed waiting room spoke to a large patient base who trust and believe in her professional abilities. She and her staff were very capable and knowledgeable. The exam, diagnosis and treatment plan was excellent. It was a very thorough. I was extremely pleased to have chosen her practice to serve my medical needs.
Dr. Waked and Kim are an amazing team. I had the sleeve done back in September and I have never been happier. Everyone in this office goes above and beyond!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Burke. She is an excellent physician. Constantly vigilant, she is a skilled diagnostician . We are fortunate to have her. The only problem is that we need more competent doctors like Dr. Burke in our area to meet patient demands.
I love Dr Burke her kindness and demeaned this is second time I have seen her and she's wonderful
