The doctor is refusing to issue a prescription refill, and his office does not answer their phone during business hours so I can get the prescription issued by someone else. Very frustrated with the complete lack of communication.

His office staff doesn’t answer their phones nor return messages to schedule appointments.
Love Dr Bartholet. He is always encouraging, responsive and does tasks like scheduling when he could pass them along to nurses or admin.
