My family spent over $13,500 for me to have the TMS treatment that DIDN'T EVEN HELP. And it was painful. We paid them upfront for this early in 2012. It's been over a year since I have seen them and they have the audacity to send me a pre-collections notice for $30. You're joking, right? Find a better office to go to out of town. It'll be worth it.
I SEE BENTON KINNEY A P.A. AND HE IS EXCELLENT. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. THERE ARE AT TIMES MISCOMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE ALL FEMALE, ALL BEAUTIFUL OFFICE STAFF AND THE RED BLUFF PHARMACY. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO CALL ONE OR BOTH TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED. THAT WOULD BE MY ONLY COMPLAINT. WHEN MY MEDICATIONS ARE WORKING HARMONIOUSLY, THEN I CAN SAY GOING TO THIS OFFICE HAS BEEN LIFE CHANGING.
