I recently had Thomas Irrigation install a system for my front and back lawns. I was absolutely blown away by there attention to detail and the amount of personal interaction from Tom, Jon and their team. Not one hiccup. They’ve come back to make sure everything was working as expected. Very thorough in explaining how to adjust timers and program. I would absolutely recommend Tom, Jon and their team. I did like this company until I noticed when my backflow preventer was serviced, they had trampled my flowers I had just planted. They were at least 6 feet from the backflow preventer so definitely enough space as to not step on them. When I called to talk to someone about getting a credit for my flowers that were ruined, nobody returned my call. This is a joke of a business I’d rather chew sandpaper and swallow it hired me the first day got told a joke about my dead mother. And walked off should be ashamed of your self

Had my sprinkler system serviced today and I just called yesterday! Technician was friendly, helpful and did a great job! He did the backflow testing and replaced a couple of sprinkler heads. He also adjusted the system for better coverage and made a few watering suggestions. Highly recommended!
