Once again, another 'Job Well Done' by Thomas Independent Plumbing. My sump pump was getting some age on it and with Spring approaching I wanted to get it replaced for peace of mind. My husband and I were literally blown away by D. J. Hayes from Thomas Independent Plumbing services. When he said he was going to be here, he was on Friday afternoon, April 26, 2024. He was going to replace our toilet the same day tile installers had completed our floors. When he saw the toilet we had to have reinstalled, he was so forthright to inform us of our options. Customer service was prompt, detailed, and friendly. The gentleman who did the repairs walked me through the issues that needed addressing and was very thorough with his work. Consider them if you need a toilet fixed and an unknown leak checked out!
