I have purchased 4 vehicles from Thomas Subaru over the span of maybe 7 years, for the most part I have had good experiences in parts and sales. Unfortunately I have had some issues with service. My 2022 Subaru Impreza (that I bought when it was new) only has 7,400 miles on it, when it is not driven I keep it in the garage. Mr. Nate Hoffman my Thomas Cumberland Subaru Salesman and Mr. Carpenter the Subaru COO both helped me purchase a Subaru Demo Car from the previous Model Year and saved myself about $10,000.00 - and they both provided me with excellent Customer Service. Unfortunately, I had to replace that Subaru shortly after. I WILL NEVER buy a car from this place again! Customer service is a joke! My car has had none stop problems since I got in August! Plus whenever a customer is driving there vehicle and it stops and has an appointment the next day! They never looked at the car at the appointment time not till they closed almost 30 mins later. This Service Department is hysterically bad. We had a 2014 Legacy die on I-68 on January 26th. I found this dealership online so we could have it towed there for repair. We couldn’t get them to call us back until February 6th when they told us it needed a new transmission. Good job reading the codes by the way. On February 14th we purchased a new vehicle from THIS dealership. They even took the Legacy as a trade in for a few hundred bucks and we drove away. The sales department was really good by the way.
