Service center was fantastic for me today! Leslie who took my call in regards to my subie acting up on my drive home today on mountain roads. I was 2 hours from my home and she got me in their shop right away! Great service from the start of the sale over the internet. I was contacted within 5 minutes of requesting a test ride, which was amazing. We set an appointment and had service from arrival until we departed with a new vehicle at a fair price. We had follow up after the sale and we also purchased Subaru service plan, which is a must with today’s service fees. Great experience! Good job.
My sister canceled her gap insurance shortly after buying the car because it wouldn't of ever been used because of deposit put down. The bad part is you have to have them cancel the gap insurance because the companies phone number goes right to answering machine stating this. The staff has changed so many times and a new guy called her recently telling her he is now handling it. I mean pick up the phone and call the company. The car loan is thru Subaru so zero excuse. Have the best warranty you can get for Subaru. And was still jacked around . Also was informed I was to pay for services which is clearly included in warranty. They refused a loaner car after at least 4 times asking. I was late to work needless to say. Then they answer back and tell me to get hold of them for further assistance. I have been calling for days with no reply. My cars air conditioner was clogged up, they did hastly fix that but my carpeting in entire vehicle is still wet and smells disgusting. .
