I asked for a referral for ear nose and throat doctor. The Appointment time was @2:30 and was texted through the app @2:17 to tell us we didn’t have to come in because they were mistaken about the requirement for a referral. I would have appreciated a phone call to let us know that we didn’t have to make the trip. I also had him to check to see if I had a UTI since I made the trip. Have you ever gone to see a doc, but end up leaving the appointment with more questions than when you showed up? Y'all need to go see this guy if you need a medical professional. He will listen to you, ask follow-up questions, and not just speak at you!
